Verbomatique Secondaire is a free app that helps secondary-school and French immersion students drill verb conjugations until they actually stick — in about ten minutes a night, on their own.
Three ways to practise
Different kids remember differently, so the app doesn’t pick one method for them.
- Cover and recall — hide the conjugation, say it, reveal it, check.
- Flashcards — flip through a verb set at their own pace.
- Type it out — write the form in full, spelling and accents included.
Then they test themselves and get a score report showing exactly which forms they missed.

How it fits into a school night
- They can do it alone. No supervision, no sitting beside them, no arguing about whether they’ve studied.
- It works offline. Everything runs on the device. Nothing about your child is uploaded anywhere.
- No account to create. Install it and start — no email, no sign-up wall.
For teachers
Using it with a class? It works the same on every student’s own phone, and there’s nothing to administer. Sign up below and we’ll ask what you think — teachers see what actually works in a classroom, and we’d rather build from that than guess.
